Through Rosebud Ltd, a subsidiary of the Ruparelia Group, Dr Sudhir Ruparelia has positioned himself as a major player in Uganda’s agricultural exports.
Rosebud Ltd is one of the largest flower farms in Uganda, producing high-quality roses that are exported to markets across Europe and the company’s operations have not only enhanced Uganda’s reputation in the global floriculture market but have also played a significant role in boosting the country’s agricultural exports.
Founded in 2004, Rosebud Ltd focuses on producing roses of exceptional quality which meet international standards.
The company boasts of massive production from hundreds of greenhouses in Entebbe where a variety of rose species are cultivated under precise conditions.
With a strong emphasis on sustainability and innovation, Rosebud has been able to maintain its position as a leading exporter of high quality flowers, commanding a large share of Uganda’s flower export market.
The company’s success reflects Ruparelia’s business acumen and commitment to diversifying his portfolio while contributing to Uganda’s economic growth.
