The outgoing President of the Republic of Mozambique, Filipe Nyusi, today dismissed, through a presidential order, various figures from his current administration, according to a statement cited by media.
In separate presidential orders, Nyusi dismissed Verónica Nataniel Macamo Ndlovo from her post as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Margarida Adamugi Talapa from her post as Minister of Labour and Social Security, Nyeleti Brooke Mondlane from her post as Minister of Gender, Children and Social Action, Celso Ismael Correia from her post as Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ana Comoana from her post as Minister of State Administration and Public Service, Francisco Ussene Mucanheia from her post as Advisor to the President of the Republic, Lina Maria da Silva Portugal from her post as Secretary of State for the Province of Niassa and Pedro Comissário Afonso from his post as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary and Permanent Representative to the United Nations in New York.
