Rwanda National Police has confirmed the arrest of Miss Muheto Divine for driving under the influence, with an alcohol level exceeding the legal limit.
Additionally, police reported that Muheto was driving without a valid driver’s license and is facing charges related to a hit-and-run incident.
According to police statements, this is not Muheto’s first offense of this nature. Her case file has already been forwarded to the prosecution for further action. Muheto was crowned Miss Rwanda in 2022.
