In a powerful declaration that underscores her unwavering commitment to the NRM and its leadership, Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye, popularly known as the “Chief Muzzukulu,” has firmly positioned herself as the lioness of mobilization.

In a statement that has resonated across Uganda, she proclaimed, “President Museveni sent me to bring his Bazzukulu back to him. If you see me in ghettos, entertainment shows, villages to villages, I am implementing my boss’ mandate.” This statement not only reaffirms her loyalty to President Museveni but also highlights her role in the NRM’s strategic efforts to consolidate support across the nation.
Namyalo’s grassroots approach, spanning from the heart of the ghettos to the vibrant scenes of entertainment shows and the farthest villages, is a testament to her dedication to reconnecting the youth—the “Bazzukulu”—with the leadership of President Museveni. Branding her as the “Lioness of Mobilization” is not just a title but a reflection of her fierce and determined approach to political mobilization. It’s a fitting moniker for a woman who has tirelessly worked to ensure that the voices of the youth are heard and that their allegiance remains with the NRM.
Hajjat Namyalo’s mission is clear: to bridge the gap between the leadership and the grassroots, ensuring that the NRM’s influence remains strong and unyielding. Her efforts are a crucial part of the broader strategy to maintain the party’s dominance and to secure the continued support of Uganda’s younger generation.
In her journey, Namyalo has not shied away from entering spaces that are often overlooked or deemed challenging. Whether in the ghettos or remote villages, she is there, engaging with the people, listening to their concerns, and reminding them of the NRM’s vision for Uganda’s future.
As the lioness of mobilization, Hajjat Hadija Namyalo Uzeiye is a force to be reckoned with—a leader who embodies the spirit of determination and resilience. Through her work, she continues to fulfill the mandate given to her by President Museveni, ensuring that the bond between the leadership and the Bazzukulu remains unbroken.
