The Ministry of Defence and Veteran Affairs (MODVA) and the Uganda Peoples’ Defence Forces (UPDF) mourn the tragic loss of Brig Gen Fred Katuita Twinamatsiko, Director of Training and Doctrine for the Land Forces, and Brig Gen (Rtd) Frank Katende Kyambadde.
Both generals passed away in separate road traffic accidents on Friday, September 13, 2024. Their untimely deaths are a significant loss to the UPDF fraternity and the nation.
