King Ceasor Augustus Mulenga, a renowned entrepreneur, philanthropist, and educationist, has emerged as the most pragmatic and visionary candidate to lead the ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM) Entrepreneurs League ahead of the 2025 delegates conference at Kololo grounds.
With roots in Kisoro District, Mulenga has built a formidable career spanning telecommunications, real estate, hospitality, and education.
He is the founder of King Ceasor University, one of Uganda’s fastest-growing private institutions, and the driving force behind Gemtel South Sudan and i-Tel Uganda, firms that have created jobs and enhanced cross-border connectivity.
Beyond business, King Ceasor is Uganda’s Honorary Consul to Vietnam, a role in which he has facilitated strategic bilateral engagements, boosting trade and investment opportunities in agriculture, health, and tourism.
Through the Ceasor Development Kingdom, Mulenga has championed philanthropic efforts aimed at empowering vulnerable communities and youth across Uganda.
