King Ceasor Augustus Mulenga, a renowned entrepreneur and philanthropist vying for the position of National Chairperson of the NRM Entrepreneurs League (2026–2031), today engaged delegates from across the Busoga sub-region in a high-level meeting held at Hotel Continental in Iganga.
With a strong emphasis on economic transformation, King Ceasor outlined his bold and practical vision to empower local entrepreneurs and drive sustainable development. He introduced a series of flagship initiatives, including the E-Cow Program, aimed at boosting agricultural productivity and increasing household income across the region.

“Through E-Cow, we want to make livestock a key income source in every home,” he stated. He also announced a commitment to education through a Scholarship 360 Program, pledging 360 scholarships annually to benefit delegates and their families.

As part of his campaign to digitize and amplify the voices of entrepreneurs, King Ceasor introduced the E-Magazine, a new platform to document achievements, share success stories, and promote innovation. He further emphasized financial inclusion by launching a SACCO for Entrepreneurs, aimed at solving the challenge of affordable credit and supporting small and medium-sized businesses.
In a significant milestone, King Ceasor also inaugurated a new regional office in Iganga to serve as a hub for continuous engagement and capacity building for NRM delegates and business owners. “This office is your home,” he told the cheering crowd, “a place where ideas are nurtured and businesses are born.”
He concluded by appreciating President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni for his visionary leadership and the continued support he offers to entrepreneurs across the country. “With His Excellency’s guidance, we are laying the foundation for a stronger, self-sustaining Busoga and a thriving entrepreneurial movement within the NRM.”
