Preparations are in high gear for the much-anticipated Bulambuli Empowerment Outreach, set to ignite the Bazzukulu tomorrow Sunday, July 6th, 2025. The Office of the National Chairman (ONC) Kyambogo, under the stewardship of Senior Presidential Advisor and ONC Manager Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye, will spearhead the initiative at Simu Primary School grounds.
This massive outreach aims to equip Bazzukulu with start-up capital tools to boost household incomes and transition them into the money economy, in line with President Yoweri Museveni’s vision of inclusive wealth creation and economic transformation.

Earlier today, the ONC advance team, led by Deputy Head of Mobilization Mr. Kalema George William, alongside ONC Coordinators for Bugisu subregion carried out engagements and meetings with different stake holders including top NRM leaders, Group leaders, Resident District Commissioner(RDC), Heads of security as well as a massive mobilisation of the masses on the ground.
The advance team also carried out inspecting logistics, welfare among others to ensure a smooth rollout of the empowerment drive that is set to empower hundreds of Bazzukulu.
The team has reported overwhelming excitement from the locals who are eager to benefit from Hajjat Namyalo’s life-changing support. The outreach will target youth, women, ghetto groups, and other vulnerable community members ready to take on entrepreneurship and skill-based work.
Hajjat Namyalo, popularly known as the Chief Muzzukulu, is expected to preside over the event as the Chief Guest, where she will distribute various capital tools such as hair salon equipment, welding machines, sewing machines, brick-making machines, car washers, agricultural inputs, among others. The tools are part of ONC’s broader mission to empower Ugandans at the grassroots by giving them practical solutions to escape poverty and become self-reliant.
The Bulambuli outreach follows similar successful drives across the country that have seen thousands of Ugandans uplifted through ONC’s empowerment model.
Hajjat Namyalo has emphasized that the initiative not only aims to boost household incomes but also instills responsibility, hard work, and loyalty to national values, especially as the country heads toward the 2026 elections.
Alongside the empowerment, attendees will be treated to entertainment from some of Uganda’s top musicians, including Gravity Omutujju, Lil Pazo Lunabe, and a host of local artistes. There will also be free eats and drinks provided as the welfare team has confirmed that lunch/breakfast will be ready by 10:00am.
Speaking ahead of the event, Mr. Kalema George reaffirmed ONC’s commitment to inclusive development: “This outreach is about real impact. It’s about moving beyond promises and handing over real tools that change lives. The Bazzukulu of Bulambuli are going to witness the ONC difference” he said while calling upon all residents to attend in large numbers and embrace the President’s gospel of wealth creation through unity, hard work, and discipline.
On Several occasions, the ONC head has called on the youth to guard against opportunists and political manipulators who seek to derail their progress.
“This support is not political handout, it is an investment in your future,” Hajjat Namyalo has often reminded beneficiaries at previous outreaches further cautioning them no to misuse/ sell of the tools.
