BOU Releases Updated List Of Licensed Payment Service Operators

Bank of Uganda (BOU) commenced licensing payment system operators, payment service providers, and payment instrument issuers in March 2021.

This followed the enactment of the National Payment Systems Act, Cap 59, and the Regulations thereunder.
